Special tools

About 80% of all tools manufactured by Tesch are special tools. Our particular strength lies in the development and production of tools that are specifically tailored to manufacturing processes.

We use innovative manufacturing processes,
mostly from our own development:

  • CFRP base body production

  • Laser microstructuring of abrasive coatings

  • Edge preparation and chip breakers on indexable inserts

  • Abrasive grain tests and classifications
